Acknowledge your growth . . . why...?

Growing pains. If it was that easy to do, more people would be doing it. Give yourself a HUGE pat on the back right now if you are meditating daily.* If you are living a positive example and smiling a bit more than the next. If you are able to hold a conscious space or courage, trust, be encouraging to others in the face of challenge. I applaud you! *And meditation does not have to be sitting up with eyes close - it could be a meditative yoga class - a meditative run outside, it could be washing the dishes or taking a shower consciousness... being present anywhere/anytime.

They say it's easy to do and it's just easier for most people NOT to do it - meditate, take personal responsibility to say what you mean and do what you say... or communicate the change as quickly as possible. Its not easy to be conscious, considerate, supportive - but its rewarding and its necessary.

Do your best and release any guilt (especially that of.. I 'tried to meditate or I want to and i just ran out of time...) but ask for help if you keep messing up... get the support and ask for it in meditation, look for it in the waking state - it does exist and you will find it.

Growing pains. Sometimes the growing into light does hurt. You have to look at your own dirty laundry and clean it up or better yet - walk away and let the universe help you... maybe a cosmic support angel guide or a person who can help in the real world... But on the other side - on the other side of any pain is true sense of 'it was totally worth it.' Ask any mom who had a successful (but painful) birth and years later their child is there on mothers day! The pain, as hard as it might have been... was well worth it and thank goodness most little growth processes and progress in consciousness is much less painful... but can be as meanful.

Deep breath now.. release.. pat yourself on the back and acknowledge who you are now - a light being, extension of source energy, smile. Remember. Go out and celebrate!
